Almost 500 people have signed up for a walk for charity on Saturday.
More than 470 walkers will be turning Leeds Castle into a swathe of pink as the first Breast Cancer Pink Ribbonwalk to be held in the county is staged in the picturesque setting.
Participants, many walking for loved ones who have been affected by the disease, can take part in a 10-mile or 20-mile walk, which is being supported by the KM.
Preparations are now underway to set the scene forof a day of festivities, as organisers are aiming for a fun day atmosphere, with a village fete, entertainment and a barbecue.
kmfm breakfast show presenters Emma Saint and Rob Wills will be out in force, with Emma walking with those in pink.
The 20-mile walk starts at 9.15am with a ceremony and warm-up, and the 10-mile walk starts at 11.45am, also with a ceremony and warm- up. You can sign up on the day. It costs just £30 to register, with walkers required to raise a minimum of £175 in sponsorship. They will be rewarded with a medal at the end. It is also possible to sign up on the day.
