Friends and family desperately hunting for missing Pat Lamb plan to appoint search leaders in every city in the country.
The move was announced this evening after another day of searching for the Greenhithe man drew a blank.
In a message posted on Facebook, they said: "As our team of searchers is getting larger and the ground we would like to cover is more vast,we our looking to appoint a Pat lamb search team leader to each city in the UK.
"This voluntary individual will be responsible for co-ordinating and delegating search areas within that city and surrounding towns.
"They will also have a supply of posters and awareness paraphernalia to pass onto individuals.
"These individuals need to be able to dedicate time to the search, need to be organised, methodical as well as approachable."
Anybody able to help is asked to text their details, including their city, to 07920 119490.
The move comes as a hoped-for sighting of Patrick drew a blank.
A person matching the 28-year-old's description was spotted walking along the edge of the M2 coast-bound in the early hours of Saturday, December 13.
Police have reviewed footage from the section of motorway at the specified time but unfortunately were unable to draw any leads.
This means the last confirmed CCTV sighting of missing Pat Lamb still places him in High Street, Maidstone, at midnight on Friday, December 12.
