A major redevelopment of of the former KM Group site in Larkfield has got the go-ahead from Tonbridge and Malling council.
Councillors gave the backing to the plans on Thursday evening.
The family-owned firm submitted a joint planning application with developers Redrow on the project to Tonbridge and Malling council earlier this year.
It will see the KM Goup head office building replaced with a three-storey office and 55 homes built on the other parts of the site.
