A Maidstone man is due to appear in court charged with intending to deal heroin.
Peter Mills, 42 and of Boxley Road, was arrested on Monday after a plain-clothed police patrol saw known drug users meeting outside a property.
They searched a man seen leaving the address and discovered two packages believed to contain 28 wraps of the Class A drug.
Mills appeared before Maidstone Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply.
He has been remanded in custody to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on January 9.
