Police were called to a Maidstone leisure complex this morning as part of a search for a wanted man.

Two patrol cars were parked by the David Lloyd gym at the Lockmeadow Entertainment Centre in Barker Road, shortly before 9.40am.

Officers were seen inside the reception area, talking to staff.

They were searching for a suspect spotted in the area, on behalf of the MET police.

However, he was not found and no arrests were made.
