Police are hunting two burglars who posed as police officers to target a home in Snodland.
A man and a woman dressed in police uniform knocked on the door of a house in Coombe Close and asked to see if something had been thrown into the back garden.
The victim, a woman in her 50s, was alone at the time. She took the man into the garden while the woman stayed at the front door.
When the pair left, the victim found £400 and jewellery was missing from her bedroom.
The man was aged 30 to 40, white, 5ft 6in, of medium build, unshaven and with short, dark brown hair.
The woman was aged between 20 to 30, white, 5ft 8in, slim build with mousey hair tied into a ponytail.
Both wore a black police uniform with an equipment vest and a radio.
The burglary happened between 11pm on Monday, May 15, and 12.22am the next morning.
Police have now released an e-fit image of one of the suspects.
