Almost 400 cannabis plants have been seized from an advanced growing operation in a quiet residential street.
Police went to a property in Holtye Crescent on Wednesday after people living nearby became concerned.
Officers used a search warrant to enter the house and found that several rooms had been converted into growing areas with high-tech automated lighting and ventilation systems.
A total of 392 plants were removed from the property, the majority of which were mature. An investigation is ongoing and at this stage no arrests have been made.
The plants are now set to be destroyed.
