Police search for missing two

Police are searching for two people missing from the Maidstone area.

Officers have issued appeals for information about the whereabouts of 35-year-old Leeanda New-Hart and 44-year-old David Juggins.

The disappearances are not linked.

Ms New-Hart was last seen at Medway Maritime Hospital at 2.25am on Sunday.

She left the accident and emergency centre and was later seen on CCTV walking towards the site's Windmill Road exit.

The patient, who is white, 5ft 5ins, of medium build and has dark short hair, met two men and left the grounds.

Ms New-Hart needs to take medicatication but detectives are concerned she does not have a supply with her.

The other missing person, Mr Juggins, was last seen by his family at their home in Barming, at 6pm yesterday.

He left to go for a walk but did not return.

The Kent Police helicopter was scrambled to help officers search the area.

Mr Juggins is white, 6ft 2ins, slim, and has grey cropped hair and brown eyes.

He was wearing beige cargo trousers, a t-shirt and was carrying a jacket with yellow writing and strips on it.

If anyone has any details about the missing pair, please call police on 101, quoting reference CAD 05/0346 for Ms New-Hart or CAD 9/1904 for Mr Juggins.
