Thieves have stolen a portable cabin and its contents after it was set up in Bearsted during construction work.

The cabin is reported to have been stolen, along with six metal panels, from Romney Close, Bearsted, between 3pm on Tuesday and 1.30pm on Wednesday.

The cabin, which is yellow and blue in colour, was on a grass verge close to Rosemary Road.

Inside was a sink, microwave and table with four chairs, plus a generator.
