A millionaire property mogul has started to sell off his 1,000-strong portfolio.
Ex-pugilist Fergus Wilson has so far shifted 100 homes for £25million to Chinese and Indian investors.
The 67-year-old, from Long Lane, Boughton Monchelsea, said: “I always look 20 years into the future with property and the truth is I can’t leave my wife with the whole portfolio to sell. I can’t take the houses to the grave, I wish I could.
“I would prefer to sell them to buyers in the UK but the reality is they will go to whoever can buy them.”
He added he hopes to sell the entire portfolio within two years and expects to make £180million in the process.
The announcement comes as the tycoon was told by a judge he can no longer own a shot gun as he is too 'eccentric'.
