A town centre pub is set to change hands during an auction.
Would-be publicans can bid on the Dog and Gun in Boxley Road, Maidstone, when Clive Emson help move it on.
Clive Emson auctioneers are offering the pub with a freehold guide price of £200,000-£220,000.
Anyone who wishes to bid for the pub can do so at the auction on Wednesday, June 12, at the Clive Emson Conference Centre at Kent County Showground on Detling Hill.
The pub, which is situated on the corner of Boxley Road and John Street, is one of 135 lots up for sale during the auction which begins at 11am.
Auctioneer Kevin Gilbert said: “The pub is located on the corner of Boxley Road and John Street, less than a mile from Maidstone town centre which includes its various railway stations.
“In the upper parts it has four bedrooms and could be run as a pub or a new owner might have other plans. To the rear there is a predominantly paved garden with double gates off John Street.
“Any changes must require the necessary consents to be obtainable.”
