Police have issued a CCTV image of someone they would like to speak to after a woman had £60 snatched from her handbag.

The "purse dipping" incident is reported to have happened at around 12.45pm on Friday, June 8, in Maidstone town centre.

A 77-year-old woman out shopping had her purse, which had £60 in it, taken out of her handbag.

Police have releasd this image of a woman they want to speak to about the incident, after local officers were unable to identify the person.
