ROLEX watches stolen during a robbery at a Kent jewellers are worth £160,000, police have revealed.
Three men raided Fraser Hart Jewellers at Fremlin Walk, Maidstone, on the afternoon of December 7.
Staff were threatened and a window display smashed with hammers.
Police say 42 watches and a quantity of white gold diamond rings were stolen before the gang escaped in a blue Peugeot 406.
That car was later found abandoned at Ringlestone, near Maidstone, where the men changed vehicles to a black 4x4.
Now police have issued a warning for the public to be vigilant and report it if they are offered a Rolex under suspicious circumstances.
Anyone with information or who is offered a Rolex watch is urged to contact police on 01622 604267 or Kent Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
