There will be a new fully glazed access door installed, finished with frosted vinyl and associated works.

To complement the work, the business has applied for advertising consent to put in three new internally illuminated fascia signs, one internally projecting sign and to place an internally illuminated directional panel above the entrance door.

From the outside, the net result will be to make the famous McDonald’s M trademark sign much more visible.

The company has submitted two planning applications for the changes to Maidstone council.

They can be viewed on the council’s website, under reference numbers 24/505182 and 24/505181.
