A blind man is among residents asking when a damaged garden fence will be repaired.
It runs alongside the pavement in College Road, Maidstone, and a section fell over in high winds 18 months ago.
Although it leans away from the pathway, there are safety concerns because it guards against a high drop on the other side.

Waz Farooq, from nearby King Edward Road, is blind and often walks past the fence.
The 32-year-old said: “It really is quite dangerous. I fear that I am going to fall down the drop. Because I use a cane that gets stuck in the gap and I could trip.”
Andrea Wilson’s fiance has also lost his sight. She said: “The fence is really dangerous, especially when there is the Kent Association for the Blind building up that road, meaning a lot of blind people will have to walk past it.
“The gap has been covered with orange netting, but that’s not going to stop anyone falling through. I’m worried about children playing too, and people walking dogs.
“If someone fell they would be quite badly injured. It is about time something was done.”
The 63-year-old, who also lives in King Edward Road, has reported it to Kent County Council but was told the fence was the responsibility of the landowner.
It is understood that the fence will be repaired by the end of the month.
