Police are trying to trace a driver involved in a crash with a scooter rider.

Police were called to Northumberland Avenue, Shepway in Maidstone, last Wednesday at 6.30pm after a green Peugeot 206 collided with a moped.

The moped rider received leg injuries and was taken to Maidstone Hospital.

The driver of the Peugeot left the scene before police arrived. They are now appealing to find the Peugeot driver to assist in their inquiries.
