The residential building is one of four on the same development, comprising 502 apartments in total - a mix of one, two and three bedroom, transforming a previously derelict plot of land.
Buyers began moving in at the start of the year, with this tower block almost fully occupied now, and the rest of the development due to be complete by spring 2022.
Footage from the peak of the soaring structure was captured by Ian Tucker, a member of the Maidstone River Festival.
He was among several others who were invited up for a tour of the apartments, as the group is sponsored by developers, Weston Homes.
Many of the flats have balconies, provides panoramic view of the surrounding area, Maidstone Grammar School for Girls and the Maplesden Noakes School, a large allotment plot, and the old Springfield Library tower.
You can also spy the Redrow development on the former Springfield Mill site, where 295 homes are being built, the two Thomas Place blocks in Whatman Way behind Kent Library and History Centre, with the skyline stretching to the Maidstone suburbs of Tovil, Barming and East Farleigh.
The Creswick is by far the tallest building in Maidstone but other lofty structures in the district include Midhurst Court off Mote Road, standing at 132ft and 13 storeys, and Miller Heights, 135ft over 12 floors.
