Frankie and Benny's in Maidstone is set to open this Monday.
The restaurant, in Lockmeadow, will operate a click and collect delivery service from the start of next week, with dining in offered from Wednesday.
Owners of the Italian-American themed diner announced in June that it intends to close 125 of the restaurants, putting up to 3,000 jobs on the line, citing the "well documented problems" of the hospitality industry.
The Maidstone eatery however, has survived, along with the other Kent branches in Ashford, Rochester, Thanet and Tunbridge Wells, which will also be opening on Monday for delivery, followed by a dining service.
The chain is also taking part in the Government's Eat Out to Help Out scheme.
The initiative gives you 50% off food and non-alcoholic drinks - up to a total value of £10 per person - when you eat or drink in at these participating venues every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between August 3 and August 31.
