Television coverage of two of the summer's biggest sporting events will be broadcast from studios right here in Kent.
ITV will be filming the in-studio analysis of both Euro 2020 and the Tour de France at Maidstone Studios, which is home to a host of prime time hits.
The production facility on Vinters Business Park offers broadcast facilities, socially-distanced production spaces, dressing rooms, green rooms, offices and edit suites for more than 140 people, as well as an outdoor filming area for the coverage of the cycling from France.
This will be the second year that the world's most famous bike race will be covered from Maidstone Studios, where hit shows such as This Time with Alan Partridge, Catchphrase, I Can See Your Voice and Game Of Talent are also filmed.
Chairman of Maidstone Studios, Geoff Miles, said: "We are delighted to welcome back ITV Sport to Maidstone Studios this summer and to have such prestigious tournaments broadcasting live from our facilities is fantastic.
"As a regional broadcast facility with dedicated lines and multiple filming spaces we have been able to host many Covid-compliant prime time shows across 2020 and 2021."
Oliver Guess, senior unit manager at production partner Arena Television, said: "We are delighted to support Maidstone on this project.
"The team and I are excited to get to it over the summer on the Euros as the complexity and detail that goes into facilitating this level of broadcast is exceptional."
The action begins on Friday, when the opening match of Euro 2020 sees Turkey face Italy.
