A man was tasered by police during a major operation to combat drug supplies in Maidstone.
Officers from the force's county lines and gangs team swooped on a vehicle believed to have beenused in the supply of drugs.
The operation involved four marked and two unmarked police vehicles, which temporarily blocked Kingsley Road near the town centre.
Three men, aged 43, 26 and 21, were arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
Police used a taser on one suspect who failed to comply with instructions, and he was taken as a precaution to Maidstone Hospital to be checked over before being formally arrested.
Officers used sniffer dogs to search the area and they also searched an address in Kingsley Road.
The incident began at 2.20pm and police remained at the scene for three hours.
A quantity of suspected heroin and cocaine was seized.
