Offensive graffiti including swastikas has been spray painted over benches and shelters in a park.
Sharon Hobley noticed more images had been added to the "eyesore" at the weekend in Allington, near Maidstone.
She said it appeared at the top end of Polar Park in Poplar Grove, which is a well-known area for vandalism.
Swastikas, offensive and crude language and imagery have been sprayed onto benches, bins and shelters around the green space.
Images online also show similar vandalism around Conway Road bus stop.
A spokesman from Maidstone Borough Council said: "We did receive reports from the public last week of this graffiti and due to the nature of it we cleared it as soon as possible.
"We have informed the police and our community protection team to make them aware."
Police officers are also investigating the offensive graffiti and are working to identify potential CCTV opportunities

Swastikas also appeared on a bus stop in Whitfield Avenue, Dover, at the beginning of the month but these too has been removed.
A spokesman for Dover District Council said: "It is always disturbing to see offensive graffiti on property and we can confirm it has been removed.
"Our community safety team have also been made aware, although we believe this to be an isolated incident.
"Residents are urged to report graffiti online at www.dover.gov.uk/report with exact location details so that we can organise prompt removal."
