A new cat show could become a firm fixture in a town's calendar.
Visitors from home and abroad were feline the love at the LondonCats Worldwide show in Maidstone.
Thousands descended on Lockmeadow's Market Hall to see which cats were fur-tunate enough to win best in show.
The two-day event saw an international judging panel, including experts from France, the United States and Portugal, decide the winners of titles including best short hair and best kitten.
Rebecca Owens, marketing manager for LondonCats Worldwide, said: "The whole event was really well received, there were great vibes from all of the visitors, hopefully we'll be able to do it again in Maidstone next year."
Around 100 cats from all sorts of different breeds were on show.
It wasn't just your standard short hairs and sphinxes either. There were exotic breeds including the Lykoi, or werewolf cat, and Marguerites.
