A taxi is in a ditch after a crash on the M20.

The accident happened between a car and a lorry in the London-bound carriageway of the motorway, between J8 for Leeds and J7 for Detling.

Police were called at 2.35pm and one lane remained closed at 3pm.

Two ambulances and two ambulance cars were called. The driver of the car was taken to William Harvey hospital in Ashford with neck and shoulder pain.
