Maidstone: Teenage boy hit by car in College Road

A teenager was taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Maidstone.

The accident happened in College Road, at 4.20pm yesterday and police officers and paramedics were called.

The boy was conscious and breathing but was taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury with head injuries.

His condition is not known.
