There were rush-hour delays this morning after a crash involving three vehicles.

Traffic was queuing in the Maidstone-bound lane of the A229 at Blue Bell Hill, between Buckmore Park and the M20 at J6 for Maidstone from 7.15am.

Lane one was closed and lane two partially blocked.

No injuries were reported however the vehicles were reported to be obstructing lane one of the carriageway.

Drivers were warned to allow extra time for their journeys, and the road was cleared by 7.40am.
