Tonbridge boss Tommy Warrilow hopes to recruit two midfielders before this weekend’s trip to Hampton after clinching the signing of youngster Nathan Koranteng.
Warrilow (pictured) swooped for the 19-year-old winger, who has signed until the end of the season, after keeping tabs on him for the last two months.
Koranteng made his Football League debut for Peterborough before loan spells with several clubs, including Woking, where Warrilow first saw the youngster in action.
He made his debut in the 1-1 Blue Square Bet South draw against Bromley at Longmead on Monday and the Angels boss was pleased with what he saw.
He said: "I have been tracking Nathan for about two months and spoke to Garry Hill (Woking boss) about him.
"He then went to Boreham Wood but wasn’t on a deal and they had to release him.
"I met him 24 hours later and agreed terms with him for the rest of the season. He has got a great pedigree, a fantastic left foot and I like what I see."
