A goal from new arrival Ollie Schulz earned Tonbridge Angels the points against Maidenhead in Blue Square Bet South on Saturday.

A 1-0 win at Longmead was enough to return Angels to the top-10 and make it back-to-back wins and clean sheets following Tuesday's superb 2-0 win at play-off chasing Basingstoke.

After a tepid first-half with chances few and far between at both ends, the imperious Schulz (pictured) headed home a cross from Sonny Miles eight minutes into the second half.

Frannie Collin had previously fired over Angels best chance while Mikel Suarez almost made it two, only to be denied by a fine save.

The visitors came close to snatching a point through Jermaine Hinds but Angels held out.
