Tommy Warrilow has told his side to sharpen up in both boxes ahead of Tonbridge’s home game against Sutton on Saturday.

Angels conceded twice at set-pieces and failed to take their chances in a 2-1 FA Cup second qualifying round defeat at Dover last weekend.

Boss Warrilow (pictured) said: "Our overall play was good but the bottom line is we’ve gone out of the cup because we’ve failed to defend two identical balls into our box at one end and we haven’t shown enough hunger and desire to get on the end of things at the other.

"We’ve got to put that right in future."

Tonbridge are on a six-game unbeaten run in Blue Square Bet South while Sutton are yet to win this season even though they have started training full-time.

Warrilow is convinced the visitors are in a false position and is expecting a difficult game.

He said: "I don’t care about the league table. I’ve seen Sutton and they are a good side."

Midfielders Rory Hill and Nathan Koranteng are set to return after freak injuries. Hill trod on a nail at work while Koranteng tripped on the stairs at home.
