A Maidstone club was hit with a little Essex sparkle last night.

Victoria's Cabaret Club, in Ashford Road, welcomed The Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) star James ' Arg' Argent for a special show.

The 27-year-old, who is a well-known face on the ITVBe show, made his way to the town to perform with his band, aptly named The Arg Band.

And it seems he didn't disappoint as staff at the cabaret club say he was a crowd-pleaser and had guests on their feet for the entire night.

The TV star interacted with staff and visitors and even had some willing volunteers singing alongside him.

The venue, which hosts parties for all occasions including hen nights, birthdays and anniversaries, was packed with Arg fans who even got to meet the man himself at the end of the show.

Dozens of people took to social media to praise the performance.

Gem Gould said: "So much fun!! Everyone up on their feet and dancing and singing with Arg and his band!"
