Traffic is moving again in Maidstone town centre, after a crash between two lorries and a car brought a key junction to gridlock.

Police were called to The Broadway, Maidstone, at about 3.20pm today, February 28, following reports of a collision between a lorry and a car.

Police were called to attend the incident and the road has now been cleared. No-one has been reported injured.

One bystander at the scene said the car appeared to be jammed between two lorries, and the vehicles had blocked the road.
