A 52-year-old man who went missing on Sunday has been found.

Brenddon Thomas was last seen at his home in Ragstone Court, Ditton.

He disappeared after going out to buy groceries.

Police said they had found him safe and well in the Hempstead Valley area.

He was taken to hospital for checks and has now been reunited with his family.

A search had also been launched in Ditton.
