A man launched an expletive-laden tirade when approached by a charity worker in a busy town centre.
The confrontation happened in Maidstone's Week Street.
He repeatedly swore at the fundraiser, colloquially known as a chugger, and told him he was ruining people's day.

His grievance stems from what he sees as 'chuggers' and salesmen repeatedly bothering people in the street.
The foul-mouthed rant came to an end after two minutes, with a nearby AA man wishing the furious shopper a good day.
The man, wearing a fez, took exception to this and returned to abuse him.
Passersby watched in shock as he laid into the recovery firm employee, telling him he was a "pathetic, irritating, bothering little ****," and seemingly threatening him by saying "one day someone will wipe that smile off your stupid, ******* face."
He then puts on a high-pitched voice and imitates the man, who remains calm throughout.
A second charity worker, a security guard from Fremlin Walk and a passerby intervened in the incident - which happened just after 2.30pm on Tuesday - with the man then walking off.
