A woman is being driven to despair after receiving as many as 30 calls an hour that should be going to vulnerable adults.
Since June, Jackie Stewart, from Bearsted, has been inundated with calls from a mental health centre most weekday mornings .
Despite the 62-year-old lodging complaints, NHS bosses have been unable to resolve the problem.
The calls come from a Medway Community Mental Health centre and are made via a call-back system to people who have tried to access the service.
"I seem to spend so much time in my life having to deal with all of this. You can imagine how cross I get, I will need mental health services at this rate” - Mrs Stewart
Mrs Stewart is concerned people are not receiving the support they need due to the glitch.
When the former pub owner picks up the phone, workers at the trust's Canada House base in Barnsole Road, Gillingham, realise the mistake and hang up.
When KentOnline visited Mrs Stewart at her home in Plantation Lane, she received 31 calls in just over an hour.
She said: “My husband is semi-retired but still works a bit, my granddaughter is at school and I need to be reached should she have any problems.

Mrs Stewart, who used to work at the Old Plantation Inn in Bearsted, lodged a complaint with the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust in June, however the calls did not stop.
A spokesman for the trust said: “We are aware of a fault with the telephone system that is affecting some incoming and outgoing calls to Canada House in Medway.
“For some time now we have been working with three separate companies who are involved in the delivery of the telecommunications service in that area in order to rectify the problem and have stressed the urgency of the matter and expressed our frustration.
“We apologise to anyone affected by this and assure you that we are equally determined to get this resolved.
“Any of our service users who are experiencing problems should contact our single point of access telephone number 0300 222 0123.”
Trust bosses held a meeting with engineers last week but a fix has yet to be found.
