A 67-year-old woman has been charged with nine counts of criminal damage and assaulting a police officer.
Hazel Maureen O'Connor, of Abingdon Road, Barming, has been given police bail and will appear at Maidstone Magistrates on December 16.
It follows an incident in May in which 11 cars on a Maidstone road were scratched.
