A 19-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a domestic incident which left a man in hospital.

Three police cars and two ambulances were called to a block of flats in London Road just after 6am this morning.

The victim suffered minor injuries and has since been discharged.

A spokesman for Kent Police, said: "A 19-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assault and remains in custody."
