A pillion passenger injured in a crash in Crescent Road, Tunbridge Wells on Tuesday May 19, has died.

West Kent Police announced that the woman, who was aged in her 20s and from Poland, died in a London hospital on Thursday afternoon.

Her family had been informed and had travelled out from Poland to be at her side.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the accident in which a Polish registered motorcycle collided with a blue Audi A6 just before 9.30pm.

The motorcycle rider is in a stable condition and the woman driver of the car was not injured.
