POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two men on a night out were set upon by two offenders in an unprovoked attack.

One of the victims, a 20-year-old man, suffered a broken nose, black eye, cuts to his face and body and a fractured rib.

The incident occurred in St Annes Road, Maidstone, and around 8.20pm on Tuesday, January 29.
