FA Cup stars Maidstone United exited the Trophy after a 2-0 home defeat against AFC Sudbury.
Maidstone boss Jay Saunders made six changes to his side that drew against Dulwich in midweek in the Ryman League Premier Division, and after conceding the opener to Kris Newby on 19 minutes they lost striker Jay May to a straight red card.
Maidstone pushed for an equaliser, but conceded a second late in the game to their Ryman 1 North opponents, Newby again on target.
Folkestone face a replay on Tuesday night after they drew 0-0 with their Ryman League Division 1 South rivals Burgess Hill Town.
Joe Taylor went closest for Neil Cugley's Invicta in the first half and Paul Booth struck the post in the second and will go into the the replay at the Fullicks Stadium confident of progressing.
Ryman Premier Tonbridge Angels are through thanks to a 2-0 win against Grays Athletic.
Alex Teniola's volley opened the scoring after 14 minutes after connecting with a Dee Okojie cross.
Angels made sure of the win three minutes of time through a Nathan Campbell header, his first goal for the club, from a Tommy Whitnell corner.
Shaun Welford continued his fine goalscoring form as he helped Cray Wanderers to a 2-0 win at Histon.
Welford opened the scoring on 14 minutes befiore Histon were reduced to 10 men when Rogan McGeorge was sent off just before half-time.
Rory Hill completed the win on 73 minutes for the Ryman 1 North strugglers.
Meanwhile, Thamesmead Town, from Ryman 1 North, suffered late penalty heartache at Ryman Premier side Peacehaven & Telscombe, despite fighting back twice in a seven-goal thriller.
Joe Gatting gave the home side the lead on 22 minutes and four minutes later they led 2-0 thanks to Tom Burton.
But two goals in four minutes from Rowan Liburd (38min) and Tyrus Gordan-Young, from the spot, pulled Town level.
James Fraser restored Peacehaven's advantage two minutes into the second half, but Town hit back through Leslie Thompson.
However the home side stole the win in the final minute with Gatting converting a spot-kick.
