LASHINGS cricket club chief David Folb is in talks with film industry executives about taking the story of the country’s best-known village team to the silver screen.
Mr Folb said he was thrilled at the prospect of Lashings and Maidstone featuring in the story of how the country's best-known village cricket side was born.

Lashings CC has grown rapidly since Mr Folb's first celebrity side turned out in 1994.
