Maidstone have signed midfielder Kreshnic Krasniqi from National League South champions Wealdstone.

The 25-year-old Kosovan player becomes United’s third new arrival, following striker Scott Rendell and defender Joe Ellul to the Gallagher Stadium.

Krasniqi played twice against Maidstone last season for Concord Rangers - league and FA Trophy - making 35 appearances and scoring six goals before joining Wealdstone, just three weeks before the campaign was halted.

He started his career in the Cypriot Third Division in 2013 with Ormidiea, earning a transfer to First Division side Ethnikos Achna.

Krasniqi then moved to England, with spells at Billericay, Enfield Town, Barking and Heybridge Swifts.
