I’m sure the Rotherham manager Steve Evans will create quite a sideshow on the sidelines at Priestfield.

Obviously, he has his own style on the touchline and each to their own. It’s not for everyone.

He is not short of passion when he’s out there on the side of the pitch but when you meet him after the game, he is a lovely bloke.

He’s helped get Rotherham going on a great run and Steve has always had a great eye for a player. He is not scared to make a big decision if he needs to and will make changes or add to the squad whenever he thinks it is necessary.

He’s got a great track record of getting teams promoted and has done it at several different clubs.

I watched Rotherham last Saturday and they are now playing in a lovely new stadium, across the road from their old one and it’s been a massive step forward for them in the last few years.

Whatever Evans does out there on Saturday, like any game, we will just be looking to control what we can. I’m sure it will create a bit of a sideshow and he will be good value for money.
