Tonbridge Angels failed to produce the performance to lift the gloom following last week’s FA Trophy exit.
Tommy Warrilow’s side followed up that 4-0 defeat to St Albans by losing 3-0 to Hayes & Yeading in Skrill South on Saturday. The defeat leaves Angels fourth from bottom in the table.
Warrilow’s side were 2-0 down by the break as the hosts took the lead from a Jake Reid penalty before doubling their advantage through Jack Mills’ impressive strike.
The visitors threatened to get back into the game but were unable to turn possession into goals.
In the 90th minute to points were sealed as Hayes got their third, with Geoff Mitchell firing home past Clark Masters.
Goalkeeper Masters was one of several changes to the team, as he replaced Lewis Carey between the sticks.
