Paddock Wood's Claire Day took her second Kent Fitness League win of the season at Oxleas Wood, writes Rob Bright.
Day (39min01sec) beat Jill Cliff (Deal Tri Club) by half a minute with clubmate Nicola Susans third.
Over-40 master Cameron Sharp (Dartford Harriers) led the men's field home to notch up his first win in this league but he was pushed hard towards the end by Peter Hogben (Canterbury Harriers) and Andy Fletcher (Dartford Roadrunners).
Colin Tricker was best-placed Paddock Wood runner in fifth while Larkfield had Clayton Barrett and Steve Groom in 10th and 11th places.
Dartford Harriers provided the strongest combination of men and women to take their second victory of the season and now head Dartford Roadrunners by two points at the top of the table.
The next race is on Sunday at Fowlmead Country Park in Deal.
