On-loan Maidstone striker Nathan Elder is in no rush to make a decision on his future.
Elder made his debut as United won 2-1 at Canvey Island to go top of the Ryman League Premier Division.
His arrival on a month's loan from Dover ended Maidstone's search for a targetman to replace injured Jay May.
The big forward enjoyed the chance to play 90 minutes but isn't thinking too far ahead.
Elder said: "I played with a smile and it was good to get a win after the run of draws Maidstone have had.
"I had 90 minutes up top on my own, which hasn't happened for a long time, and Alex Brown gave me a lot of support.
"Maidstone are a couple of leagues lower than Dover but at the same time I think it's a massive club and they should be playing higher. If I can help them get there, great.
"A couple of people have asked me what I want to do but I'm just going along with whatever at the moment.
"It's been a while since I had a run of games for anyone."
