Maidstone United will host Leyton Orient in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round.
The sides have already met in the National League this season with Stones edged out 2-1 at the Gallagher Stadium.
Orient are just a point behind leaders Salford and are bound to bring a large travelling support to the rematch.
On paper, Ebbsfleet United have been handed a good draw at home to Bostik Premier side Worthing.
But the Fleet have already lost six times at home this season and will be wary of a Rebels side flying high two divisions below them.
Dover Athletic face a tricky away tie at Concord Rangers, who are managed by their former player Sammy Moore.
Concord are eighth in National League South and have won five of their seven home games in all competitions.
Bromley will be away to the winners of Tuesday's replay between Dorking Wanderers and Gloucester City while Welling United are off to Woking, with the two sides separated by just two points in the National South title race.
The ties will be played over the weekend of October 20.
