Maidstone United goalkeeper Lee Worgan is taking on extra responsibilities at the Gallagher Stadium.
Club captain Worgan is the new face of the club's Wednesday night Development Centre.
It starts on September 12 with a taster coaching session for boys and girls in Years 2 to 5 (5-6pm) and Years 6 to 9 (6-7pm).
Worgan said: "Our goal is to create a positive learning environment focused on players strengthening their love of the game through challenging training sessions focusing on skill development, team participation and most importantly fun.”
A player pack will be given out at the first session with details on signing up at a cost of £30 per month.
There will be regular visits from first-team players, as well as prizes and player-of-the-term awards.
Sessions will have specific coaching for goalkeepers and outfield players.
