Talented golfer Jerome Titlow has been called up to represent England under-18s.
Titlow, from Maidstone, will play for England against Scotland at the Royal Lytham Golf Course in Liverpool on Monday.
The St Simon Stock School pupil is a member at the London Golf Club and plays off a handicap of one.
Titlow was called up for the team after finishing in the top 12 at the National Championships at the Kendleshire Golf Club in Bristol.
He qualified for the tournament after winning the Kent Schools Championship at Shooters Hill.
The 16-year-old subsequently went on to finish in the top 10 at the South of England Championships at Lingfield Park.
Titlow, who has played golf for just three years, said: "I’m excited about playing for England. I want to turn professional and get on the European Tour.
"I’ve never met any of the people who are playing for England before but I’m looking forward to it."
The golf enthusiast will play in the foursomes and singles.
Titlow caddied for pro Mikael Lundberg during the European Open at the London Golf Club in July.
He added: "I’ve caddied for Colin Montgomerie when he has been at the club before. There was a space going and someone needed a caddy.
"It was great to be close to all the pros as you can learn how they prepare."
