Kent gymnasts James Hall and Courtney Tulloch have been speaking about their Commonwealth Games triumph.
Hall and Tulloch starred alongside Olympic champion Max Whitlock, Nile Wilson and Dom Cunningham as England won team gold in Australia yesterday.
The pair, members of Pegasus Gymnastics Club in Maidstone, were big news back home after helping England win their first gold medal of the Gold Coast Games.
Hall, 22, will go head-to-head with team-mate Wilson in the all-round individual final tomorrow.
He’s also qualified for pommel, parallel bars and horizontal bars finals.
Hall told KentOnline: “I’ve never enjoyed a competition as much as that before.
“The team hit routine after routine and it was a world class performance from everyone.
“The main job for me was the team event so I’m ready to enjoy all the finals I’ve made and just soak it all up.”
Tulloch, also 22, promised to show he was more than a rings specialist and proved it by taking on vault and parallel bars as England stormed to gold.
He said: “The competition was amazing to be a part of and I enjoyed every minute of it. I can’t wait for the finals.”
Tulloch has qualified for rings and vault finals, which take place on Sunday and Monday respectively.
