Spanish winger Joan Luque has returned to Maidstone United after leaving Weymouth - signing a one-year deal.
Luque scored five goals and laid on three more in 12 games with the Stones last season.
But, with money tight, Maidstone couldn't offer him anything long-term and he left in January following a seven-day approach from the National League Terras.
Stones boss Hakan Hayretin said the door was always open for the 28-year-old and is delighted to welcome him back.
He said: "I can’t tell you how pleased I am to get this deal done.
“I didn’t want him to leave in January but the package he was offered at the time was too good to turn down and with what happened to our league, it ended up being the right move at the right time.
“He’s a player that supporters will love to watch in person. You’ll have got an idea of his game from watching the stream but that’s nothing compared to the real thing.
“We’re welcoming him back with open arms and can’t wait to see him back in our shirt.”
Luque started out with Barcelona's academy and he's also played for Heybridge, Lincoln, Bromley, Concord and Dagenham since moving to England four years ago.
