Maidstone have signed striker Elliott Romain from National League rivals Dagenham.
He's joined the Stones on a deal to the end of the season.
The 26-year-old scored against his new club back in August when Maidstone won 2-1 at Victoria Road.
Manager Harry Wheeler told the Stones website: "We are delighted to bring Elliott to the club.
"He is a player that I have admired for a long time and is someone who fits the same mould as the other players that have joined the club in recent weeks and those remaining who were here when we took over.
"Elliott will add another goal threat to the side and leads by example with his work rate and character.
"He is a big part of our rebuilding process."
United were in the market for a new striker after Joe Quigley joined Bromley and Norman Wabo returned to Southend after a month on loan.
Romain's former clubs include Millwall, Lewes and Torquay.
